Our Approach
Before the procurement process, we work with our clients to agree legal outlines and frameworks required ahead of drafting, negotiating, approving and executing the contract. We have managed many such processes in-country and regionally; inclusive of multiple governmental assignments both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We also handle the management and administration of contract obligations throughout the term, including assessing and auditing existing contracts to identify and avoid potential risks while ensuring compliance for the contracted parties.
