Our Approach
As a visual inspection of an asset to determine the physical condition at a given point in time, this survey is undertaken by a qualified surveyor. Our clients can expect a detailed written report, backed up with a photographic schedule that demonstrates the physical condition at the time of inspection. The report can then be used to assess any further investigative works that may be required, or to undertake an assessment of any improvement works that may be required to the asset.
