We’re excited to welcome Ben Anderson as our new Director of Building Surveying at PMKConsult!
Ben is a Chartered Building Surveyor (FRICS) with over 15 years of global experience across the UK, Europe, the GCC, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. He joins us to lead and expand our Building Surveying services, bringing strong expertise in technical due diligence, asset advisory, dilapidations, and ESG-driven maintenance strategies.
Ben will be growing the Building Surveying department's surveying capabilities across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC, along with Europe and the UK. Alongside the team, Ben will be supporting institutional investors, REITs, developers, and occupiers with the insights they need to make smarter, lower-risk property decisions.
Ben's addition to the team is a major step forward in our strategic growth plan, as we strengthen our service offering and continue to deliver commercially focused solutions globally.
