We’re delighted to welcome Georgie Lees to the Building Surveying team!
Georgie is a highly skilled Building Surveyor with over 5 years’ experience delivering complex residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the Middle East. With a strong technical background in project management, technical due diligence, and landlord & tenant matters, she’s already making an impact.
On her journey to becoming MRICS, Georgie has worked with leading consultancies and clients on major developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt. Her expertise covers everything from condition surveys and dilapidation assessments to technical due diligence, cost assessments, snagging, project monitoring and compliance.
In a region where the industry remains male-dominated, Georgie stands out not only for her attention to detail and quality, but also as a strong advocate for women in construction and engineering, actively promoting diversity and inclusion across the sector.
We’re excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see the value she brings to our clients and projects in our expanding Building Surveying department!
