Delivering industrial projects in JAFZA, Dubai: DSV’s new logistics facility

Logistics facilities are highly specialised environments built around automation, compliance, sustainability and the specific needs of end users. PMKConsult recently supported the delivery of a turnkey build-to-suit logistics facility for Danish transport and logistics firm DSV alongside our client, Lintara Properties, Arcapita's industrial real estate platform.

The 30,000 sqm Grade A warehouse supports DSV's regional logistics operations and future growth across the Middle East. Designed to LEED Silver standards, it provides high-bay storage for approximately 75,000 pallet positions, alongside temperature-controlled and pharmaceutical storage, cold rooms, dangerous goods facilities, workshops, mezzanine areas and office accommodation.

Led by Project Director Jim Langan, projects like DSV demonstrate that successful industrial delivery relies as much on clear communication as it does on technical expertise.
