IFS Foundation
Since early 2026, we have been the sponsoring partner for the IFS Foundation, which supports rural communities in Sri Lanka through investing in healthcare, sanitation and education. We have fundraised for the foundation through initiatives such as the IFS Peaks Challenge in the UK, supporting the renovation of prenatal and neo-natal care facilities in Madampe, Sri Lanka. With many of our colleagues having strong ties to Sri Lanka, this initiative has resonated strongly across the business.

IFS Peaks Challenge
In July 2026, three members of our senior leadership team took on the IFS Peaks Challenge, a 10-mile trek across the Peak District to raise funds for the IFS Foundation. They collectively raised GBP 1,425 to support the renovation of prenatal and neonatal healthcare facilities in Madampe, Sri Lanka, improving access to essential care for local communities.

Battle Cancer Dubai
In 2025, PMKConsult took part in Battle Cancer Dubai for the first time, bringing teams together to raise funds for Friends of Cancer Patients (FOCP) through a series of team challenges. We collectively raised over AED 23,000, significantly exceeding the original fundraising target. The challenge held particular significance across the business, with many colleagues having firsthand experience of cancer support, treatment and recovery.

Feed A Labour
Since 2024, we have supported the Feed A Labour initiative, with team members across our UAE offices worked together to collect and distribute essential food supplies to site workers. Supported through employee donations and volunteering, the initiative has raised over AED 4,000 and provided more than 300 food bags to workers, reflecting the generosity and collaborative culture across our business.

MoonWalk London
A couple of our directors took part in MoonWalk London 2025, raising awareness and funds for breast cancer charities through the overnight walking challenge. Supported by colleagues across the business, we raised over GBP 3,000 for a cause close to many people's hearts.

Gulf for Good Challenges
Members of the PMKConsult team have participated in international charity challenges organised by Gulf for Good over the years, including cycling expeditions in Namibia and trekking adventures in Bhutan. These fundraising challenges support projects focused on education, youth development and community wellbeing while encouraging personal growth and teamwork.
