Dubai, United Arab Emirates; 31 January 2022: Leading project and commercial management consultancy, PMKConsult, announces the successful delivery of another high-end commercial office space for a  confidential client in Dubai. PMKConsult has recently delivered offices for this multinational client in Europe, Egypt, KSA, and Lebanon.

Timeliness was essential to avoid any delays in the project delivery. Further, it was paramount to deliver comprehensive cost and project solutions. I am extremely proud of the bespoke office fit-out the project team provided despite all the moving parts to get this done.” 

The new 1,158 sqm office includes 149 workstations, two large meeting rooms, huddle rooms, focus booths, 7 management offices, a reception area, and a large breakout pantry. Additionally, the project required many imported bespoke items from Europe.

Over the past several years, PMKConsult has delivered several projects for the confidential client around the globe. The continuity between their UAE-based office and the project team in Ireland, offered great benefit in terms of simplifying and streamlining communications to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget, and in top quality.

The PMKConsult team was responsible for the design development in-line with budget parameters, construction monitoring, furniture procurement, and preparing and coordinating all close out documentation. Through identifying the risks in advance and developing mitigation strategies, the team was able to successfully carry out the works.
