Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; 6 March 2022: PMKConsult is now an ISO 9001 certified establishment. The project and commercial management consultancy has concluded an operational audit covering every aspect of its business from administration through to service delivery. The international standard specifies the requirements for a quality management system (QMS).
“As we continue our geographic and service delivery expansion in the region, we aim to ensure that our business grows sustainably,” commented Kevin Woolley, Chief Executive Officer. “Adhering to international operational standards will enable us to maintain consistency across all offices across the region and anywhere in the world.”

The UAE-based team underwent an extensive audit and evaluation process with an ISO-certified body to carry out the audit and certification. In January 2022, after many months of preparation and streamlining processes in-house, an internal audit helped the team fix flaws within PMKConsult’s processes and producers to eliminate non-conformities to the quality management standard.

To ensure compliance, PMKConsult will perform regular internal audits verifying that all processes and operational requirements set forth by this certification is applied and maintained across all new offices.
