• PM/CM Consultancy delivers a one-of-a-kind specialty brain clinic in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers district.
• A 7,000 sqm new-build healthcare institution was completed in collaboration with RAQ.
• The clinic’s features include three multi-occupancy hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBOT) chambers, a radiology suite and therapy rooms.

 

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 5 September 2021:  Award-winning project and commercial management firm, PMKConsult successfully completes a one-of-a-kind dedicated specialty hyperbaric treatment clinic in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. This clinic’s specialty is a re-imagination of what it means to breathe new life into wellness, healing, and age defiance rituals.

The approximate 7,000 sqm specialist clinic is spread across three floors. It houses three multi-chamber hyperbaric oxygen treatment rooms in addition to a full radiology suite, specialist consultancy spaces, and physiotherapy assessment and therapy rooms. Additionally, the clinic has a first-of-its-kind in the UAE multistorey fully automated 2,000 sqm carpark that provides spaces for 130 vehicles with ease.

Leading the project management team for PMKConsult, Projects Director Declan Devery added: “We were brought into this project to assist DP World in multiple work streams. I believe that a key reason we were selected is due to our practice area focusing on healthcare projects. We have delivered many international and large-scale healthcare institutions in addition to our extensive track record for fast-track projects. We provided design management, project management, construction management, programme and compliance, and management of all specialty packages for this project.”

The PMKConsult team coordinated with multiple contractors and specialist package suppliers on the project including the main contractor RAQ, and specialist suppliers for the HBOT, the radiology suite, the automated car park and specialist medical equipment. The clinic is also equipped with the relevant security systems and AV solutions.
