Dubai, United Arab Emirates; 20 May 2021: Award-winning project and commercial management consultancy, PMKConsult announces the project completion of ServiceNow. An American software company, ServiceNow has over 70 locations globally with this being the first office in the Gulf region based in Dubai’s Internet City.

The ServiceNow office space consists of a board room, several meeting rooms, informal communal spaces, wellbeing spaces, full-service pantry, and open-plan workspaces to create a collaborative working environment for the regional team. The scope of work included site selection and analysisfull project, cost and design management. Due to PMKConsult’s inhouse space planning and 3D rendering capabilities, the project benefitted from an expedited design and build procurement route inclusive of detailed Employers Requirements, design references, material selections, and visual references. 

For ServiceNow we led a multidisciplined workstream inclusive of project management, design management, and commercial management. The team was led by Keiran Williams with support from Marvin Sarmiento on the commercial management side. They are a successful duo working alongside leadership and the office support team. The project was overseen by one of our Projects Directors, Declan Devery, who is a senior team member and a team mentor. This project was carried through to fruition during this global pandemic and all the challenges that it has brought. I am very proud of the team,” Keenan added 

The PMKConsult team worked to strict guideline specifications required by the global brand and managed the workflow immersing themselves into the approvals process of ServiceNow to ensure efficiency and timely delivery, while also ensuring protocols in line with local requirements.   

The project was successfully handed over to the ServiceNow team with their full appreciation in April 2021.
