Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; 22 February 2021: With its recent launch as a newly merged and re-branded entity, PMKConsult is now double in size and has expanded its multi-disciplined collaborative offering. The project and commercial management consultancy is now a significantly larger organization with a new structure to support its desire to grow across four distinct service streams while continuing to build on its key specialty services.

Kevin Woolley has taken on the role as Chief Executive Officer with Keenan Grote focusing on the core operations and service delivery across the business in his capacity as Chief Operations Officer. The business has tasked its senior management to build on their respective service delivery expertise with sector specialization.

As we’ve highlighted before, both Keenan and I led our separate project and commercial management entities to bring a higher level of personalization or bespoke/hands on approach to our service delivery for clients. He led with a specific approach to bringing about the best project management service offering to benefit clients and I led with a corporate value approach to delivering work to help our clients achieve their ambitions. Together our refreshed integrated business model offers a bespoke value-infused approach that has really magnified the best of what we bring to the table together,” commented Kevin Woolley.

Keenan Grote added:Since merging, we have won some new and exciting projects and we are now putting the team together on projects and seeing some tremendous harmony in their collaboration. They have all demonstrated a desire to learn from one another. It has created such a terrific opportunity for knowledge exchange within the team structure and we are seeing first-hand experience transfer between the teams.”

With projects ongoing in KSA, Africa, and Eastern Europe as well as new opportunities emerging, the PMKConsult team is also busy scaling up its expertise with several different certifications currently underway for key team members from NEBOSH, PMP, LEED, RICS, and other general training.

The company’s KSA license is set to go live before the next quarter with a new key leadership appointment to be announced. A new office opening in Riyadh will be celebrated shortly thereafter.

Ends.
